Gabrielle Fey, FounderCertified Nurse Practitioner![]() Passionate about helping others, Gabrielle Fey started her career as a paramedic working in emergency medicine before transitioning to the critical care and cardiovascular recovery units as a registered nurse. With a desire to have a more active role in the lives of families, be an advocate for her community and pave the way for providing affordable, integrative, holistic family-style approach to medical care, she went on to obtain a Masters of Science in Nursing.
Gabrielle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Graduating from Simmons University in 2016, she has experience in urgent care, along with acute and long-term chronic disease management within skilled nursing facilities. Her family medicine experience spans across all ages: neonate, infants, pediatrics and women’s health, including experience with mental heath management, advanced dementia and Alzheimer's disease among the elderly. With experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, critical care, pediatrics and women's health, Gabrielle will work hard to be a reliable advocate and trusted partner for your health.
Midwife LM, CPM![]() Jackie is a licensed midwife in Grants Pass, Oregon. After the birth of her second child in 2008, she found her love and passion for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
In 2011, she began her training as a midwife with the National Midwifery Institute, a well-known MEAC accredited school. Between 2011-2014 she received outstanding clinical training both nationally and overseas. She have had the privilege of receiving a large portion of her clinical training at Better Birth in Salt Lake City Utah and trained overseas serving a 5 week clinical stay as a missionary at a high yield charity birth center in the Philippines. She believes that all expecting women and families should be cared for with love, compassion, respect, and dignity throughout the entire journey and transformation of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a Midwife, she believes it is her job to honor the whole family unit and hold space for them throughout their year of shift and adjustment while providing support & education. Jessica SweetserCertified Nurse Practitioner![]() Jessica Sweetser, MSN, FNP-C, has been in working in the healthcare industry for 20 years. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family medicine. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tua International Honor Society of Nursing graduating from Simmons University.
She utilizes her extensive knowledge in healthcare to provide the best patient outcomes and experience possible for her patients. Pulling from her considerable background in healthcare management, chronic illness and cancer management, she has a well-rounded approach to many chronic aliments seen in our community. She is compassionate, a problem solver and very knowledgeable in the latest care guidelines.
